Shipping Policy

Shipping Services:

US Domestic:

  • Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing time (days) and transit time (days) are calculated from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday).
Total delivery time = Processing time (days) + Transit time (days)
Order cutoff time: 12:00 AM - (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York timezone).
Shipping time does not include processing time (1-3 business days).

Delivery Zones:
We primarily serve the US domestic market, as well as international markets such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and more.

Shipping Origin:

  • For North America (including the US and Canada), orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

  • For all other regions, orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.

International Buyers - Customs Information:
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine any additional costs.

Restricted Delivery Zones:
Due to political or pandemic-related reasons, we do not ship to the following regions:

  • Cuba (CU)

  • Iran (IR)

  • North Korea (KP)

  • Sierra Leone (SL)

  • Palestinian Territories

  • South Sudan

  • Myanmar

  • Crimea (Ukraine)

Delivery Partner:
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver orders to customers in North America. For international orders, we work with reliable carriers from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Estimated Arrival Time:
All items are made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we craft each item individually to ensure the highest quality!

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Our business days are Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production and Processing Time:
Your order will be placed in the production queue until it is ready for manufacturing. Production timelines may vary daily depending on order volume.

  • Production time: 1-2 business days

  • Processing time: For outline designs, text, and dates, processing is completed during business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). For full-color designs (e.g., full-color custom patterns, photos, etc.), processing takes one business day.

  • Total time: 1-3 business days

Please Note:

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.

  • If your order requires personalization or modifications, our designers may need additional days to complete the customization. Design time depends on the complexity of the request.

  • During holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended by up to 10 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order's status. Please note that carriers may take 5-7 days to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package but no information is available, this means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking details will update once the package is scanned.
If your package exceeds the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If we detect incorrect or missing address information, we may need to contact you for updates, which could delay your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender due to address errors. Returned orders will be donated to charity and will not be sent back to our warehouse. Before contacting customer support, please double-check your provided shipping address.

  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be required to send your order again.

  • If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse to request a forwarding or address change, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the package.
